Collection and Use of Personal Information
Austin LSAT Prep does not see or collect your credit card number or bank card number that you may use online to pay the deposit for enrollment in our programs. Your credit or bank card information is seen by PayPal, which securely processes your payment.
From time to time, we may ask you to submit information that personally identifies you ("personal information") so that we may contact you to provide a service for you or carry out a transaction that you have requested; examples include registering for a program, subscribing to an email list or requesting access to a secured access website. The personal information we collect may include your name, company or organization name, email, phone numbers and address. Such personal information is transmitted to us only when it is knowingly entered and submitted by you on one of our online forms, or when knowingly submitted by you via email to us.

Austin LSAT Prep may operate secured websites and may provide some links from the public website to our secured websites to distribute and make available certain material and information that requires access control restrictions. Legitimate users including registered attendees of our programs are granted limited access privileges to such secured sections in accordance with our security procedures.
For website security purposes, and to ensure that this service remains available to all legitimate users, all network traffic may be monitored in order to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage or conduct criminal activity. To protect the system from unauthorized use and to ensure that the system is functioning properly, individuals accessing our secured websites are subject to having all of their activities monitored and recorded by security personnel authorized by Austin LSAT Prep. Anyone accessing our secured websites expressly consents to such monitoring. Unauthorized attempts to upload or change information on, or otherwise cause damage to our secured websites, are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under applicable federal and state laws and regulations.

Austin LSAT Prep's websites are not directed towards or intended for children under the age of 13, and Austin LSAT Prep does not knowingly collect information from children.
